Our insulated crimp terminals (wire ferrules) enable reliable solder-free wire termination across the whole data center. Widely adopted for cabinet power wiring, rack distribution, UPS circuits, grounding connections, network equipment power feeds, and 24V fire alarm signal wiring for smoke detectors and fire control panels.
Made of high-conductivity tinned copper, they create gas-tight mechanical joints when crimped with a crimping tool. This prevents loose contacts, oxidation and overheating. They neatly bundle fine multi-strand copper conductors, eliminating stray wire filaments that may cause short circuits during installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Key Features
- High-purity copper body with tin plating, great conductivity and anti-oxidation property
- Pre-insulated nylon sleeve, color-coded according to wire cross-section for quick identification and short-circuit protection
- Solderless cold crimp connection, stable contact resistance and strong vibration resistance
- Complete size range: compatible with 0.5mm², 0.75mm², 1.0mm², 1.5mm², 2.5mm² cables commonly used in data centers
- Multiple styles available: bootlace ferrules, ring terminals, spade terminals to match different terminal blocks
- Simple installation with manual crimp pliers, improving on-site wiring efficiency for all electrical works in server rooms
- RoHS & REACH SVHC compliant for EU export; material test reports available for tender documentation
Applications
Full-range electrical wiring within data centers and server rooms: rack power distribution, UPS & PDU wiring, cabinet grounding, control circuits, equipment power connections, and fire alarm loops for EN54-7 smoke detectors. Suitable for new build, expansion and maintenance retrofit projects.
Compliance
